    The Center for Civic Engagement and the Top of Virginia Regional Chamber’s Public Policy Committee are seeking student volunteers to assist with two nonpartisan candidate forums featuring candidates for Winchester City Council and the Frederick County Board of Supervisors. Volunteer opportunities are available Monday, Oct. 5, and Thursday, Oct. 8, from 5-6:30 p.m. in the Hazel-Pruitt Armory, Collaboratory.
