Dr. Sikes is an occupational therapist, researcher, and professor at SU. She has extensive experience in pediatric rehabilitation. Her research primarily examines health promotion and wellness in special populations, with a particular focus on physical activity and self-efficacy. Dr. Sikes was awarded the Transformative Teaching Award from SU in 2021.
