The Student Nurses Association (SNA) is non-profit organization for tomorrow’s nurses. Quality nursing students today will become our national nursing leaders tomorrow. Leadership is an acquired skill that is developed through educational opportunities, professional experience, and mentorship. As the voice for all nursing students at Shenandoah University, SNA is committed to provide opportunities for leadership and community service.
Getting involved with SNA offers rewards on many levels. You’re giving back to your program, your school, and the community. According to past SNA president, Kate Kenefick, “The Student Nurses Association at SU has provided me with a multitude of leadership opportunities and the ability to interact with other nursing students here at Shenandoah and across the state and nation.”
