In August 1996, the Bernard J. Dunn School of Pharmacy opened its doors
with the vision of preparing pharmacists as astute decisions makers whose ability to use
technology facilitates the delivery of care.
Our entry-level Doctorate of Pharmacy program trains practitioners to meet the
health care needs of an increasingly diverse patient population. Through a combination of traditional
instruction, innovative computer technology and the latest concepts of distance
education, our faculty and staff seek to provide the highest quality instruction for
both traditional and non-traditional learners.
