Admitted First-Year Students Day 2026

Choose SU is a great day for our admitted first-year students and their parents/guardians! Meet current students and professors! Spend time touring campus and residence halls. Ask questions, check things out and get more of that Shenandoah vibe! The day begins at 8:30 am and normally finishes up around 4:30 pm, so plan for a full and fun day with us! We are excited to offer two dates this year. Both events will be the same, so only register for one.

| 9:00 am – 9:45 am | Program begins promptly. Discussion and displays of SU academics, experiences outside the classroom and SU’s focus on global education |
| 10:00 am – 11:30 am | Shenandoah Academics: Sessions with the academic deans, faculty, and students from your academic school |
| 11:30 am – 12:45 pm | Lunch |
| 12:45 pm – 2:00 pm |
Separate Student & Parent/Guardian Sessions
Students Only: “Life at SU” – meet with SU students and Student Affairs staff to learn the ins and outs of campus life
Parents Only: “Enrolling Your Student at SU” – meet with SU staff to discuss your student’s Steps to Enrollment, including financial aid and housing |
