CWI to Publish The Journal of the Shenandoah Valley during the Civil War Era

Shenandoah University has given approval to CWI to publish an annual journal: The Journal of the Shenandoah Valley during the Civil War Era. The Journal will consist of feature essays – shorter contributions related to people, places and artifacts. It will also include book reviews of the latest publications related to the Civil War era in the region. The journal will be published annually with the first issue slated for release in the spring of 2018. The journal will be edited by CWI’s director, Jonathan Noyalas. The journal will be supported by an editorial board consisting of some of the nation’s foremost historians on the Civil War era:
