As an interactive 24/7 digital resource, Sarah assists community members by helping them discover the latest university news, identify ways to engage with Shenandoah and seamlessly connect with Office of Advancement staff.
Rather than replacing human interaction, Sarah is built to complement and extend the reach of Shenandoah’s existing Advancement team. By quickly addressing routine inquiries, providing round-the-clock guidance and connecting supporters to relevant engagement opportunities, Sarah frees up advancement officers to build deeper, personalized relationships across the Shenandoah community.
