Trumpet Studio Participates in Mock Wedding Performance

Under the direction of Adjunct Associate Professor of Trumpet Chuck Seipp, D.M.A., the Shenandoah Conservatory trumpet studio participated in the second-ever Trumpet Mock Wedding performance on Wednesday, Oct. 24, at Christ Episcopal Church, in Winchester, with organist and former Shenandoah University professor, Dr. James Kriewald. Dr. Seipp’s vision is to allow students to participate in a real-life performance opportunity in which the entire studio could collaborate with Winchester’s treasured organist, Dr. Kriewald. In the spring semester, the studio will participate in a Brass Quintet Mock Wedding performance in Goodson Chapel – Recital Hall.
