SCAA Showcases “The Grinch” in Winchester Holiday Parade

Shenandoah Conservatory Arts Academy (SCAA) participated in the 2018 Christmas Parade and Tree Lighting Ceremony on Nov. 30, in Old Town Winchester, with a Grinch-themed float designed by Assistant Director Shenandoah Conservatory Arts Academy Carolyn Thompson and Andrew Howard from Physical Plant.
