Flender Presents Workshop for Acting and Film Studies Students

Director, actor, writer and producer Rodman Flender presented a workshop for acting and film studies students on Friday, Feb. 14, in Glaize Studio Theatre. Flender is known for his directing work with “The Office” (2012 to 2013), “Conan O’Brien Can’t Stop” (2011), “Eat Brains Love” (2019) and more. His visit to Shenandoah was made possible by Alamo Drafthouse Cinema Winchester Promotions Director Andy Gyurisin; Visiting Associate Professor of Theatre Martha Wollner, M.A., and Director-in-Residence Blayne Weaver. Flender also participated in a live Q&A at the Alamo Drafthouse Cinema in Winchester following a special Psycho Cinema screening of “Eat Brains Love.”
