Adams Chosen as Vice-chair of Programming for Costume Commission of USITT

Theatre Design & Production Program Coordinator, Costume Designer and Associate Professor of Costume Design Jennifer Flitton Adams, M.F.A., was chosen to serve as a vice-chair of programming for the Costume Commission of the United States Institute for Theatre Technology (USITT). Adams was promoted to the position after serving the organization for the past three years in a smaller capacity. She and the other vice-chair will be responsible for the costume design and technology programming for the national conference every year.

This is the biggest national event in the technical and design theatre industry and I’m very excited about this new role. USITT is a flagship group nationwide, and I am very proud to be a part of its costume section.”
