How to reset your password in the Shenandoah Go App

Use Shenandoah Go to submit your daily symptom check

Having trouble logging in to your Shenandoah Go app? Follow these instructions to reset your password!

If you can’t remember you password or are having trouble logging into your account, click forgot password. 

Your username is the email you used to create your app account. Click reset password: 

Got to your email account. Make sure it is the account mentioned in this message:

Click “Change my password” in your email:

Type a new password: 

After clicking the button in your email, you should be able to reset your password in the app!
