Award-winning Broadway Costume Designer Toni-Leslie James Leads Masterclass with Theatre Students

On March 12, the theatre design and production program held a costume design masterclass with award-winning Broadway costume designer and professor at Yale School of Drama Toni-Leslie James. James will be the co-chair of design at Yale in July. This masterclass was funded by the Borden Fund.

“She is truly a generous and powerful speaker, and we all were enriched by her class,” said Theatre Design & Production Program Coordinator, Costume Designer and Associate Professor of Costume Design Jennifer Flitton Adams, M.F.A.
