Rivette ’21 Performs with DanceWorks Chicago for 2022 Germany Tour

In February 2022, Ashley Rivette ’21 (Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance) traveled to Rüsselsheim, Germany, to perform as one of the newest members of DanceWorks Chicago for the organization’s Hallo, Deutschland! 2022 tour. She has performed as a part of the BARE Dance Intensive, working with New York artist Mike Esperanza and his company. During her junior and senior years at Shenandoah Conservatory, she worked regularly as an apprentice/intern with Christopher K. Morgan & Artists in Washington, D.C., and had several performance opportunities through that engagement. Rivette has performed works by Charissa Lee-Barton, Joshua Manculich, Robert Battle and Hanna Brictson, as well as the premiere of Rubén Graciani’s “Purigado.”
