Stop By The Sleep Help Table At SPL

Making time for sleep can be difficult as a student in grad school, but it’s one of the best things you can do for yourself personally and academically. To learn more about how sleep can be helpful or ways to improve your sleep, stop by the table in The Hive at Scholar Plaza, Loudoun, on Monday, April 17, from 12:30-1:30 p.m. You can also make your own sleep mask.
