Kelly II ’18 Opens Drum Orpheum Rehearsal Hall for Local Artists

Instructional Assistant and Dance Accompanist (Percussion) Daniel “D.K.” Kelly II ’18 (Bachelor of Music in Jazz Studies) recently opened the Drum Orpheum Rehearsal Hall as part of M.E. Opus, a music and entertainment company based in Winchester, Virginia. The facility is a place where musicians, singers, dancers, theatre ensembles and other artists can practice their passions. It features one small practice room (ideal for private lessons), two medium practice rooms (perfect for smaller bands) and one large practice room (a spacious area for large bands, orchestras, dancers, etc). The space also includes a lobby, rentable instrument storage lockers, a connecting parking lot, restroom and a devoted staff of other passionate artists. Kelly also serves as the founder and owner of M.E. Opus.
