Elizabeth Albert Promoted to Director of Patron Experience & Engagement

Shenandoah Conservatory announces the promotion of Elizabeth Albert ’00 (Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre, Performance Certificate in Voice) as director of patron experiences and engagement effective July 1, 2024. Albert has served as the operations manager for the Theatre Division since 2014 and will retain her position as the managing director for Shenandoah Summer Music Theatre. In her new role, she will focus on strategies to improve the patron experience, while increasing engagement and retention of patrons and donors who attend the conservatory’s busy performance season. She will also oversee the donor benefits for its Friends of the Conservatory and Dean’s Circle members.

Albert, who has been a familiar face in the Ohrstrom-Bryant Theatre lobby for nearly 10 years, will now have the opportunity to get to know our patrons who attend an even wider array of performances. If you see her in the lobby, be sure to stop by and say hello!
