The VCC Pool will have extended hours for the Labor Day weekend.

Clean up Abrams Creek with Spiritual Life on Saturday, Aug. 31! Wear clothes that you are comfortable with getting dirty, throw on some sunscreen, and clean up the banks of Abrams Creek. Stand-Up Paddleboarding with SOAR
11 a.m.-2 p.m. | Shenandoah River Campus at Cool Spring Battlefield
Enjoy an afternoon of stand-up paddleboarding and a barbecue with Shenandoah Outdoor and Adventure Recreation at the Shenandoah River Campus at Cool Spring Battlefield on Saturday, Aug. 31. Transportation is provided. The van will leave the Brandt Student Center parking lot at 11 a.m. and plans to return to campus around 3 p.m. The cost of this trip is $10 and includes transportation, paddleboard rental and the barbecue. Bike Ride Around Winchester

Enjoy a 6-mile bike ride around Winchester. Participants will meet at the Vaden Campus Commons parking lot and take a guided bike ride on Winchester’s Green Circle. Bring money for a quick stop at one of the local coffee shops. The trip starts at 10 a.m. and ends by 11:30 a.m. Fee includes bike and helmet rental. Register online!
