Musical Theatre Grad Joins ‘Hell’s Kitchen’ on Broadway

Kelsee (Sweigard) Kimmel ’16 (Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre) will return to Broadway as the standby for the role of “Jersey” in the musical “Hell’s Kitchen.” Kimmel will replace current standby Donna Vivino on Wednesday, Dec. 11. Kimmel will be the standby for Jessica Vosk, who will assume the role of “Jersey” on Thursday, Dec. 12. Read more at BroadwayWorld.com

“Hell’s Kitchen” follows Ali, a rebellious 17-year-old girl stifled by her overprotective mother. That is, until she meets her mentor, who shows her the power of the piano. The musical features arrangements by 16-time Grammy Award winner Alicia Keys and Adam Blackstone.
