Thompson ’24 Joins National Tour of ‘The Cher Show’

Sarah Thompson ’24 (Doctor of Musical Arts in Performance – Trombone) has taken her talents on the road as part of the national tour of the Tony Award-winning musical “The Cher Show.” Performing in the pit orchestra, Thompson is bringing her expertise to theaters across the country in this vibrant musical that celebrates the life and career of the legendary pop icon. The tour kicked off in Florida and is making its way through numerous states, including California, Arizona, Texas, New York, Ohio, Kentucky, Illinois, Wisconsin, Iowa, Montana and Kansas. Fans of the production and fellow musicians alike can look forward to Thompson’s contributions as the tour continues its journey across the United States.
