Shenandoah University Nursing School Graduates Earn 100% Licensure and Certification Exam Pass Rates for the Most Recent Calendar Year

Shenandoah University’s Eleanor Wade Custer School of Nursing posted perfect licensing and certification exam pass rates across all of its programs for the most recent calendar year (2024). 

Graduates of Shenandoah’s Bachelor of Science in Nursing program had a 100% first-time pass rate on the National Council Licensure Examination. Shenandoah offers traditional four-year BSN, transfer-track BSN and Accelerated BSN programs. 

Also, the school learned recently all the graduates of its master’s and post-graduate certificate Family Nurse Practitioner, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Nurse-Midwifery programs had 100% board certification exam pass rates during the 2024 calendar year. 

Shenandoah’s Nurse-Midwifery program is Virginia’s top program in the field, according to U.S. News & World Report, which also recognizes Shenandoah as a Best Nursing School in Virginia for its Doctor of Nursing Practice program, as well as the No. 2 private university for both bachelor’s and master’s-level nursing programs.
