Music Therapy Students Attend MAR-AMTA Annual Conference

Undergraduate students in Shenandoah Conservatory’s music therapy program recently attended the Mid-Atlantic Region of the American Music Therapy Association (MAR-AMTA)’s annual conference at Immaculata University in Pennsylvania. Students participated in two days of conference sessions and workshops, as well as networking opportunities for internships. They were also able to connect with Shenandoah alumni, including Kerry Devlin ’14, ’17 (Professional Studies Program for Music Therapy Certification Eligibility; Master of Music Therapy), Ph.D., LPMT, MT-BC; and Jamie Shegogue ’23 (Bachelor of Music Therapy), LPMT, MT-BC, NICU-MT, music therapists at Johns Hopkins Medical Center in Baltimore, Maryland.
