Reginé Bumper ’19 Recognized in George Mason University’s 40 Under 40 Black Alumni Chapter Awards

Reginé Bumper ’19 has been honored as one of George Mason University’s 40 Under 40 Black Alumni for her growing impact in public health and community advancement. A social science analyst at the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), Bumper contributes to national efforts that strengthen behavioral health programs and support communities affected by substance use and mental illness.

A 2019 graduate of Shenandoah University with a Bachelor of Science in exercise science and a 2021 graduate of George Mason University with a Master of Public Health (global health concentration), Bumper continues to build a career grounded in service, research, and equity. Her recognition highlights her dedication, leadership, and commitment to improving health outcomes nationwide.
