Jen Spataro-Wilson is the Director of Career and Professional Development. She holds a bachelor of arts from Campbell University in Public Relations and a master of arts from West Virginia University in Communication Studies. Jen has worked in higher education in several capacities, including admissions and alumni relations and annual fund. She provides workshops, career counseling appointments, resume critiques, classroom presentations and related assistance to Career Services constituents. Amanda Grantham is the Assistant Director of Career Services. She holds a bachelor of arts in English from Shepherd University and a master of arts in College Student Development and Administration also from Shepherd University. Amanda has worked in higher education both in and out of the classroom and has a passion for learning outside of the traditional classroom setting.

Claire West is the Employer Relations Coordinator. Raised in Winchester, VA, she is familiar with the surrounding areas. She holds a bachelor of arts from Shepherd University in Education and a master of arts from Shepherd University in College Student Development and Administration. Claire has worked in K-12 Education, as well as higher education in the areas of student engagement and academic advising. She enjoys working with students and employers to cultivate relationships and create opportunities.

Kristin Stephens is the Career Education Coordinator in Career Services. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Roanoke College and a Master of Science in Counseling and Student Affairs from Radford University. Kristin has worked in higher education in Residence Life and has also taught leadership classes. She enjoys working with students one on one to help them learn more about themselves and make educated decisions about their future career path. She provides workshops, career counseling appointments, resume critiques, classroom presentations and related assistance to Career Services constituents.

Megan Doran is the Career Assistant. She recently completed her bachelor of music in Flute Performance at Shenandoah Conservatory, studying under world-renowned flutist, Jonathan Snowden. Megan is currently enrolled in the Performing Arts Leadership and Management master program at SU, and enjoys collaborating with others to explore new and advancing areas in the arts. After spending a semester studying abroad in Sweden as well as the Global Experiential Learning Program in Athens, Greece, she has a unique passion for travel as a means to inspire and cultivate new career goals.
