Jen Spataro-Wilson is the Director of Career and Professional Development. She holds a bachelor of arts from Campbell University in Public Relations and a master of arts from West Virginia University in Communication Studies. Jen has worked in higher education in several capacities, including admissions and alumni relations and annual fund. She provides workshops, career counseling appointments, resume critiques, classroom presentations and related assistance to Career Services constituents. Amanda Grantham is the Assistant Director of Career Services. She holds a bachelor of arts in English from Shepherd University and a master of arts in College Student Development and Administration also from Shepherd University. Amanda has worked in higher education both in and out of the classroom and has a passion for learning outside of the traditional classroom setting.

Amanda Dixon is the Career Education Coordinator. She holds a bachelor of arts in Psychology and Spanish from Radford University and a master of arts in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and Human Resource Management from Appalachian State University. Amanda has taught a variety of classes in higher education prior to joining Career Services. She hopes to guide students in discovering and achieving their future career.

Jenna Rampale is the Career Services Media Specialist. She holds a bachelor of business administration from Shenandoah University and is currently earning her masters of business administration also from Shenandoah University. While attending Shenandoah, Jenna has been able to enjoy many unique opportunities such as playing on the university’s field hockey team, participating in two Disney College Programs, traveling to Spain and South Korea, and volunteering at the 2018 Winter Olympics. She is excited to continue her education at Shenandoah and help other students achieve their career goals.
