Avalon Literary and Arts Magazine is accepting submissions through Sunday, Oct. 4, for its upcoming edition. You can submit poetry, fiction, nonfiction, visual art, photography and other creative works for consideration. Submissions can be made through the Avalon submission form. Club Soccer vs Towson University
Shenandoah University’s Club Soccer plays Towson University at 5 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 4, at Shentel Stadium, GloFiber Field. This is the club’s first game of the season and a great opportunity to support the team and wrap up Homecoming and Family Weekend. Admission is free.
