  • Academic Leadership: Serves as Program Director and Assistant Professor at Shenandoah University (2024–Present). Previously held leadership roles at The Chicago School, including Program Chair (2023–2024) and Interim Department Chair (2022–2023).
  • Distance Learning Innovation: Secured four competitive Comprehensive Programs Addressing Distance Learning Educational Strategies Grants (2019–2023) totaling $11,443 to develop e-learning systems, programmed instruction, and artificial intelligence software integrations.
