PGY1 Pharmacy Practice:
– Curriculum vitae
– Transcripts from an accredited school of pharmacy
– Three letters of recommendation
– Eligible for pharmacy licensure in the state of Virginia
– Applications should be submitted through the Pharmacy Online Residency Centralized Application Service (PhORCAS)
Dr. Annalisa DiVito is the PGY-1 resident at Novant Health UVA Prince William Medical Center. She graduated with her Doctor of Pharmacy from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy in Worcester, MA. Her clinical areas of interest include infectious diseases, critical care and internal medicine. Upon completion of her PGY-1, Annalisa hopes to pursue a PGY-2 in infectious diseases. During her free time, Annalisa enjoys watching TV and taking long walks with her dog, Peanut.
