Edwards Residential Village is a sophomore residence hall. It was built in 1965 as a motel and has double and single-occupancy rooms, each with a private bathroom. Renovations began in the summer of 2013, including new overhead lighting, refinished walls and new oak plank flooring. Edwards has a community kitchen as well as a barbeque grill, picnic tables and a volleyball net in the common area outside the building. Edwards Residential Village is located near the business school (Halpin-Harrison Hall) and the conservatory (Ruebush Hall and Ohrstrom-Bryant Theatre).
