Carson Performs in ‘> wonderland’ with BARE Dance Company

Adjunct Assistant Professor of Dance Tiffanie Carson, M.F.A., performed in “> wonderland” with BARE Dance Company on June 19 and June 20. The work — created and performed within a week — examined the transformation of an individual, in a fantasy celebrating the act of self-expression. Nine dancers navigated through a space designed by artistic director Mike Esperanza to represent each layer of an intimate, personal evolution. Transcending the boundaries of time and medium, the live performance combined visual art, music, fashion and dance. The unique experience honored a culture and recognized the patience intrinsic to the creation of art. Visit www.baredanceco.com to learn more.
