Brass Day

Shenandoah Conservatory invites high school brass players from across the region to participate in Brass Day, a special event featuring general and instrument-specific workshops, informative sessions for those interested in pursuing a music degree, and performances by Shenandoah Conservatory brass ensembles and special guests.

Brass Studio Video Highlights

Vendors

Chuck Levin’s Washington Music Center will bring brass instruments for students to try/buy as well as offer on-site light dent repair work.

Greg Black Mouthpieces has only one mission in mind, become the finest makers of brass mouthpieces in the world.

Little Dog Band Repair will be on site all day with services available to students.

Vendors will be available all day during this year’s event in Armstrong Hall, Room 39.

Financial Assistance

The $30 registration fee includes lunch, a t-shirt and admission to the full day of events.

Shenandoah Conservatory believes the arts are for everyone. Like all nonprofit arts organizations and higher education institutions, we strive to maintain our stewardship of limited resources and balanced budgets while intentionally removing barriers to participation and belonging. Full and partial scholarships are available to those who require financial assistance.
