Professional Highlights

Courtney brings five years of experience in Early Intervention, along with a strong background in early childhood development and education. As a member of the Pyramid Model Leadership Team, she supports the implementation of evidence-based practices that promote young children’s social-emotional development and strengthen family and caregiver capacity. Her professional interests include collaborative coaching, family-centered practice, and creating supportive environments that help children and families meaningfully participate in everyday routines and activities.
