Professional Highlights:
Dr. Kotachi joined Shenandoah University in Fall 2019. Prior to that, she was an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Old Dominion University.
She teaches BA 203 – Statistics and Data Analysis, BA 302 – Quantitative Methods, and BA 395 – Operations and Supply Chain Management. In addition to QM 502 – Business Statistics and QM 504 – Business Analytics.
Dr. Kotachi’s research interests involve developing and implementing simulation and simulation-optimization techniques to assist in decision-making. Her teaching interests include, among others: operations research, modeling and simulation, simulation-optimization, project management, ethics, and philosophy, as well as operations and supply chain management.
Dr. Kotachi is a COIL fellow since the Fall of 2022.
