Her primary expertise is in entrepreneurship and management. She has taught numerous courses in both disciplines, including the senior capstone course. She has taught a multitude of business classes including courses such as: Contemporary Issues in Management, Global Entrepreneurship, Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship, Entrepreneurs: Cases and Studies, Entrepreneurial Plan Writing (Capstone), Introduction to Business, Organizational Management, Introduction to Management and Organizational Behavior, International Business, International Marketing, Principles of Marketing and Human Resource Management.
Professional Highlights:
Nina Radojevich-Kelley has taught at the collegiate level for the past nineteen years. Currently, she is an Associate Professor of Management at Shenandoah University whose primary teaching specialty/ expertise is management and entrepreneurship. Prior to working at SU, Dr. Kelley was full professor at Metropolitan State University of Denver where she taught entrepreneurship and management for over 10 years. Nina authored a book on high performance teams and has published entrepreneurship and management articles in numerous journals. She has presented her research at a number of small business, entrepreneurship and management conferences through the years. In addition, Nina has been a small business owner and entrepreneur for the past twenty three years. She was President of a small international engineering firm in Texas, which she sold recently. Currently, she co-owns a successful software consulting/ development company and founded a non-profit company with her children.

Personal Highlights:
When she is not working, Nina is dedicated to raising her two children and competing in marathons, triathlons and other long-distance sporting events. She is an avid traveler and has traveled to more than 115 countries in the world. She has hiked with her husband across Scotland (300 miles plus) and actively invests in startups as an angel investor. To date, she has invested in over 150 companies with her angel group.
