Professional Highlights:
Rejoyce is an actively licensed CPA in practice, specializing in entrepreneurial business financial management and tax planning. She held executive level accounting positions with a variety of entrepreneurial businesses across industries such as non-profits, hospitality, manufacturing, and industrial construction. While working in industry she dedicated her evenings to being an adjunct accounting instructor prior to joining Shenandoah University in a full-time capacity.
At Shenandoah University, she is the Accounting Club faculty advisor. She serves on Faculty Senate, as Academic Policy Committee Chair, and is the School of Business representative to the Honor Court for Academic Integrity matters.
She coordinates events that bring accounting learners an opportunity to learn about CPA firms, firm life, CPA internships, being a CPA, and corporate accounting careers.
She is a member of the AICPA, VSCPA, AAHCPA, and AAHEE.

Personal Highlights:
Rejoyce was born and raised in Panama. She currently lives in Winchester, VA with her husband, Rob. They have 3 adult children, Zachary, Douglas, and Amelia and 1 teenager, Ryan. All of her children are Eagle Scouts. She is a Scouting America Crew adult volunteer and a merit badge instructor; they are a scouting family. In her free time, she enjoys taking her Jeep out on challenging trails. She can be spotted with her antique car at car shows, a 1992 Saturn SC, a 2024 AACA Senior Grand National winner. You might find her in the garage working on a project Saturn car when time permits.
