**Fieldwork Compliance cost estimate covers standard baseline program requirements (initial background check, annual TB testing, and CPR certification). Some clinical sites may require additional onboarding compliance items (such as titers, vaccines, drug screens, or additional background checks) that may result in out-of-pocket costs for the student.
