    Join the Children’s Literature Conference as it celebrates 40 years with Reading Rocks Winchester on Wednesday, June 24. The free event begins at 4:30 p.m. outside the Handley High School courtyard. Balloons and signs will be in place to help guide guests. At 5 p.m., the event moves inside Handley High School’s Patsy Cline Auditorium. The Winchester Public Schools clear bag policy will be in effect.
