Admitted Students
f you’ve just been admitted to Shenandoah, you’ll want to visit Admissions’ web page for admitted students.
Orientation
Orientation sessions are designed to meet the needs of families, first-year and transfer students. During this one-day session, you will have the opportunity to meet current and incoming students, receive your official Hornet ID Card and learn more about your school. Information sessions will be offered for families as incoming students are immersed in activities that will show them the inside world of being a student at Shenandoah University.
Welcome Week
Welcome Week for new students starts the week prior to classes beginning in August. This week starts on Move-In Day for our new students and ends the first week of classes. Events are held during the day and night to encourage bonds between students, faculty and staff. Students are guided in the transition from home to residence hall living in a manner that will set them up to be successful here at SU.
We can’t wait to show you all the exciting things that are in store for you here at Shenandoah University!
