Prior to her current role, she practiced as a corporate associate attorney at Dentons Cohen & Grigsby P.C. Donley’s professional trajectory began at Shenandoah, where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in economics and finance in 2019. First drawn to SU after visiting campus for the women’s basketball program, she competed as a student-athlete and was a core member of the 2019 team that captured the ODAC Conference Championship as an eighth seed. Sparked by a Business Law course during her sophomore year, Donley decided to blend her business acumen with legal advocacy, ultimately pursuing her Juris Doctor to build a career dedicated to community support and client representation.
As a member of the Shenandoah University Alumni Association Board of Directors, Donley works to foster connections between the university, current students, and alumni. Motivated by the mentorship and support she received during her undergraduate years, she is dedicated to giving back her time to advance student success and look forward to participating in campus events, reconnecting with fellow Hornets, and strengthening the SU community network.
Outside of her legal practice and board service, Donley remains actively involved in her local community. She values time spent with her family, including her sister, Lauren, nephew, Bryson, and enjoys home life with her golden retriever, Jagger, and her cat, Mac.
