Garrett Wooddell ‘15 graduated from Shenandoah University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Sport Management and was a member of the baseball team. As a student, he valued the daily talks he shared with his professors, Dr. Wigley and Dr. Gawrysiak. He appreciated that their doors were always open to talk about sports, class, or career advice.
“College is all about the learning experiences you go through, the unforgettable memories you make, and finding those lifelong friends that will be by your side,” Wooddell. “Those areas are what prepared me for life after school. The advisors, career development staff, and counselors are Shenandoah’s heartbeat. I attribute any type of personal successes to those amazing people!”
Wooddell currently lives in Springfield, Virginia, and works full-time at the NFL Players Association in the Player Affairs Department and part-time for the Washington Nationals in the Entertainment Department.
